Mesmerowl beats its ear-feather wings as it patrols its territory at low altitude. When it unleashes hypnotic waves, its glowing tail tuft swings like a pendulum, leaving its opponent even more dazed.

Wind Bomb Therapy
Fires a wind bomb from its tail that bounces between the target and itself. When the bomb hits the target, it deals damage; when it bounces back to the caster, it heals the entire team for 5% of the caster’s Max HP. The bomb can bounce up to 5 times.
Mesmerwave Recharge
The twin eyes release a Bewildering Wave. On hit, increases the whole team’s Energy recovery rate by 16%. When hitting targets affected by [Bewilder] or targets in a Break State, Energy recovery rate is increased to 27% for 20s.
Wind Blade Strikes
Unleashes wind blades to deal damage to the target. After charging, can fire four additional wind blades. Each hit reduces the target’s Energy recovery rate by 4.8%, stacking up to 5 times and lasting for 10s.
